Shipping Policy

  • We ship across India via trusted courier partners
  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location
  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once dispatched
  • Shipping is free on all orders
  • We currently ship within India only

Return Policy

We do not accept returns because every Daro shirt is hand dyed and made in small batches — returned pieces cannot be resold as new.

However we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect — wrong item sent, damaged piece, stitching issue — email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at hello@daroclub.com and we will make it right.

Please note:

  • Colour variation between pieces is not a defect — it is a characteristic of hand dyed fabric
  • Minor irregularities in the shibori pattern are not defects — they are proof of the hand dyeing process
  • Fabric stiffness when new is not a defect — it softens with washing

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Email hello@daroclub.com with your order number and the size you need
  • Exchange shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility
  • Exchanges are subject to size availability

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
  • After 12 hours orders enter production/dispatch and cannot be cancelled
  • Email hello@daroclub.com immediately if you need to cancel

Payment Policy

  • We accept all major UPI payments, credit cards, debit cards and net banking
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway
  • Your payment information is never stored by Daro

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, address, email and phone number
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • We may occasionally send you updates about new Daro batches if you have signed up for our newsletter
  • You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
