Shipping Policy

1. We ship across India via trusted courier partners

2. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation

3. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location

4. A tracking link will be sent to your email once dispatched

5. Shipping is free on all orders

6. We currently ship within India only

Return Policy

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return your shirt must:

. Be unworn

. Be unwashed

. Have all original tags and label intact

. Show no signs of use, alteration or damage

How to initiate a return:
Email hello@daroclub.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. We will share the return address and instructions.

Once we receive the returned shirt we inspect it carefully. A refund is processed only if the shirt passes our quality check — confirming it is in the same condition it was dispatched in.

If the shirt does not pass our check we will notify you with the reason and return the shirt back to you at your cost.

Refund timeline:
If approved, the refund is credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility

. Refunds are not processed on shirts that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

. Colour variation between pieces is not a valid return reason — every Daro shirt is hand dyed and naturally unique

. Slight pattern irregularities are not defects — they are characteristics of the hand dyeing process

Please note:

3. Fabric stiffness when new is not a defect — it softens with washing

Exchange Policy

1. Size exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery

2. Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

3. Email hello@daroclub.com with your order number and the size you need

4. Exchange shipping both ways is the customer's responsibility

5. Exchanges are subject to size availability

Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them

2. After 12 hours orders enter production/dispatch and cannot be cancelled

3. Email hello@daroclub.com immediately if you need to cancel

Payment Policy

1. We accept all major UPI payments, credit cards, debit cards and net banking

2. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway

3. Your payment information is never stored by Daro

Privacy Policy

1. We collect only the information needed to process your order — name, address, email and phone number

2. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties

3. We may occasionally send you updates about new Daro batches if you have signed up for our newsletter

4. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
